Hello
I’m Andreanna (“Ande”) Leitzel, LCSW. I have over seven years of experience supporting children, teens, and adults across a variety of mental health settings.
I believe that each person has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change. At times, life’s challenges can feel overwhelming — and seeking support is not a sign of weakness, but a courageous step forward. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as you navigate your journey.
My Approach To Your Care
I founded Wildflower & Willow Counseling with the belief that therapy should feel safe, supportive, and deeply personal. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing compassionate, strengths-based counseling to women, children, and teens navigating life’s everyday challenges.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I understand that no two people experience the world in the same way, and therapy should never feel one-size-fits-all. Whether you are working through anxiety, self-esteem concerns, disordered eating patterns, academic overwhelm, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered.
I integrate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and insight-oriented work, while always centering the therapeutic relationship. I believe healing happens when clients feel genuinely understood and supported — and when their strengths are recognized and built upon.
As a private-pay practitioner, I am able to prioritize your privacy, flexibility, and individualized care without the constraints often associated with insurance requirements. My focus remains on what is clinically meaningful for you.
At Wildflower & Willow Counseling, therapy is not about “fixing” you — it is about helping you reconnect with your resilience, confidence, and capacity for growth.
I would be honored to support you or your child on this journey. 🌿
